Commissioned by Development Victoria prior to the creation of the brand identity, Vienna & Co. designed site hoarding for the upcoming Nyaal Banyul Convention and Event Centre in Geelong. The concept was inspired by the Wadawurrung meaning of Nyaal Banyul (“open your eyes to the hills”), drawing on typographic map forms and a bird’s-eye view of the landscape. The result was a striking temporary installation that acknowledged Country, celebrated the cultural significance of the site, and set the tone for the Centre’s future identity
