Vienna & Co. was engaged to refresh the brand identity with one clear constraint. The signature bright purple stays.

Working within that foundation, a suite of graphic devices was developed to extend the identity and give it greater flexibility across applications. The concept originated from a single handshake, the moment of connection, drawn directly from the consultancy's tagline: relationships are our business. The devices translate that idea into a visual language that is distinctive, versatile and immediately tied to what Gram does.

The identity was extended across editorial design and supporting materials.
