Life Without Barriers
Life Without Barriers is a leading social purpose organisation operating across more than 300 communities in Australia.
Vienna & Co. partnered with Ubiquity Lab to refine the organisation's visual identity for greater consistency and recognition across social media. The work focused on three areas.
Accessibility. The colour palette was adjusted to meet accessibility standards, ensuring the brand could be experienced by as many people as possible. The typeface was updated to FS Me, a typeface designed specifically with people with learning disabilities in mind. Legible, friendly and full of character.
Consistency. The palette was rationalised to green, white and a deep teal accent. Fewer colours used with more discipline produces a stronger, more recognisable brand presence.
Flexibility. A frame device was introduced using the L from Life Without Barriers. The device is simple and versatile, used to hold copy, iconography and most importantly people, bringing a human quality to every application.
