Bupa Australia
The Blue Room was Bupa's online content platform, providing trusted health information to Australian audiences. Vienna & Co. supported Bupa across a range of creative and content work for the platform, developing infographics, social media content and digital assets that made health information engaging and accessible.
As part of this work Vienna & Co. developed the Don't Listen To campaign. The concept used examples of bad advice, the kind everyone has received from a well-meaning friend, relative or colleague, as a way to drive people toward The Blue Room for information they could actually trust. Don't listen to Trevor. Don't listen to George. The campaign gave the platform a distinct and memorable voice, balancing humour with genuine utility.
The Blue Room has now evolved to become Bupa’s Health Link.
